Remodel Project: Two-Story Addition

Property Description:
This circa 1899 home has doubled in size! York added a two story addition to the back of the home,
plus a full basement. The addition added two new bedrooms, a master bathroom with a walk in
closet and dressing area upstairs. On the main floor a new mudroom entry, spacious kitchen and
family room were added. The existing layout was reconfigured. In the formal living room custom
cabinetry was built around the new fireplace and two windows were added. Finishes complement the
age of the home.
